love the orange slice!!

re: the ginsberg/muller -- initially found it tuff and almost impregnable, so not very enjoyable. and then... and then... little by little it fell. and when i had the "aha" and then put it together with the construction, my opinion of the puzzle (and my experience of solving it) soared.

Love the new site, is your tech guy available for other work?

I had HETT for HETH, thinking TONE could mean Improve (as your muscles). Also ARCA for ARCO. Had to come here to get the last letter of EARBOB. I guess cluing ARCO in terms of Gas Stations is a NO GO AREA on Thursdays. I definitely suspected a rebus early on, but expected to find four of them (including shoving 2 letters together for BIEN SUR where OUI OUI was.)

Overall, I found this pretty tuff and not in an enjoyable but obscure way. The payoff in the end was not enuff to overcome that--I first thought the roads would be actual road names that lead to Rome, not types of roads.
