The CrosSynergy puzzle can still be solved as a Java applet on the Washington Post games site, but have we seen the end of the .jpz/.puz format for this series? It's a shame if we're being forced to solve it on their page, just to generate ad revenue. I'd gladly pay for a subscription if they'd offer it in a format that I can download and keep on my computer.

Just thought I'd ask here, since the Island of Lost Puzzles (CrosSynergy) forum disappeared without any formal announcement.

I think Amy did make a statement about this. The CS puzzles are being delivered through a different platform and there was request to not post them in the forum.

However, if you look at Amy's 'today's puzzles' page, there are links that will get you the .jpz format file, suitable for Solver application.
