There aren't many avenues for sharing a 23x23 freestyle (nee themeless) crossword. Thank heavens for the Island of Lost Puzzles! I have attached both a .puz (Across Lite) file and a .pdf file. Warning: the last page of the .pdf file contains the solution.
I aimed for a Friday-level of difficulty. There are plenty of toeholds throughout the grid, but hopefully you find some knotty stuff too. I'm still on the steep (near-vertical) slope of the learning curve, so comments--private or public--are welcome. Private comments may be sent to me at sdonalds[at]uw.edu.
Enjoy!

Freestylin'! Fun solve, wide-open grid with a lot of surprises. Took me 20:26 in AL.
Favorite entry was 100-across.

Great puzzle, Sam! Lots of fun entries and clues. My favorite clues were at 28-A & 59-A. Good stuff.
