58-Across is misspelled (a letter missing) with the clue [Ploy]. Perhaps the clue was supposed to be, say, [Diamond for Arkansas, e.g.]?

Turning Spork...You are so right! While constructing the puzzle, I had "State gem" in mind. No particular state or clue had been conceived.
When cluing the puzzle, I read it as "stratagem", no excuse for why, but that is why I chose PLOY.
